World Cruise – 128 Days Cruise Around the Earth

Cruise Around the World with Regent Seven Seas

For true cruise fans, this is a dream come true. The World Cruise offered by Regent Seven Seas is the pinnacle of a cruisers “resume.” The four-month journey begins in Miami, Florida on January 5, 2017 and returns to Florida 1/3 of a year later. During the 128-day adventure, passengers will circumnavigate the planet, bouncing from one exotic location to the next.

The route looks amazing. From the Caribbean, the ship heads west, slices through the Panama Canal, and then is off through the Pacific. Here are some of the highlights of this route in the same order as they appear in the itinerary.

  • Mexico
  • Hawaii
  • Fiji
  • New Zealand

Seven Seas Navigator Cruise Ship

Built in 1991, the Seven Seas Navigator Ship was originally constructed by the Russians for tracking satellites. The hull was purchased by Regent Seven Seas Cruise Line in 1999 and later converted to the luxury cruise vessel it is today.

With a total gross tonnage of 29k, the Navigator stretches 560 feet and houses 490 passengers at a time. Catering to the needs of these luxury cruisers are a large staff of 340 crew members. Every cabin on the ship is a “Suite.” The largest of these is over 1k square feet and comes equipped with a private butler – all for a mere $320k per couple.

This is Regent’s first World Cruise in over six years!
