“My name is Jay and I am 11. I got on the boat with my parents and am locked in the bathroom on the 9 floor. I want to get out and go swimming in the salt water pool. Please help.”
Ship Mate Support
“Hi Jay – The next time you hear someone enter the bathroom, ask them for help. You can also try hitting the emergency button located in the stall. Stay calm, you’ll be out of there and swimming in the salt water pool in no time. If you get cold, wrap yourself in toilet paper.”

“On your packing check list you say to bring a light saber. That is stupid. If anything you should say a paddle.”
Ship Mate Support
“You are correct, sorry. To delete “light saber” please swipe your finger from left to right and you’ll see a delete button pop up. To add “paddle,” select the “+ tap here to add item” button. Have a great cruise.”
